Sigma Octantis Refund Policy

At Sigma Octantis, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy subject to the following conditions:

Requirements to be eligible for a refund:

b) The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with tags intact.

c) You must present the original proof of purchase.

Products not eligible for refund:

Refund requests will not be accepted for the following products:

a) Sale or clearance products.

b) Personalized or custom-made products.

c) Personal hygiene products, such as underwear or swimwear (for health and hygiene reasons).

Process for requesting a refund:

b) Provide your order information and the reason for your refund request.

c) Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions for the refund process.

Returning the product:

a) You will need to return the product to our address indicated in the instructions provided by our customer service team.

b) You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Processing:

a) Once we receive the returned product and its condition has been verified, we will process the refund.

b) The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

c) Please note that the timeframes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions and Limitations:

a) We reserve the right to reject a refund request if it does not meet the above requirements.

b) We are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Product Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for another product of equal or greater value, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability.
